Marc spent the first half of his career supporting the portfolio of companies that included Carrier and Trane heating and cooling equipment, and contributed to several inventions for which the company filed for patents during his tenure. The second half of Marc’s career has been focused on innovation in several sectors, including green energy. He is the proud cofounder of Renova, and is honored to play a role in expanding heat pump utilization in the US.

Dylan Fafard started his career as a classical musician, obtaining a bachelors of music in viola performance from Boston Conservatory before diving into professional chamber music with his quartet, East Coast Strings. Dylan later switched careers over to the realm of application and website development, taking his creative passion in a new direction, culminating in becoming one of our founders here at Renova.
